3. Orders and Quotations
- •All quotations provided by Signora Lanka (Pvt) Ltd are valid for a limited period as stated in the quotation document.
- •Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance (via email or signed agreement) and subject to stock availability and export clearance.
- •Product specifications, prices, and shipping details may vary depending on market conditions and logistic factors.
4. Payment Terms
To ensure secure and transparent trade practices, Signora Lanka (Pvt) Ltd conducts all international transactions under the following payment structures:
Primary Method:
Letter of Credit (L/C) issued by a reputable international bank.
Alternate Method:
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) — 50% advance and 50% before shipment (only applicable for trusted and repeat buyers).
All payments must be made in USD or another agreed foreign currency to the company's official business account.
5. Shipment & Delivery
- •Shipments are processed once full or verified payment has been received under the agreed payment terms.
- •We primarily use sea freight for bulk shipments and air cargo for urgent or small-volume orders.
- •Estimated delivery timelines depend on destination country, freight conditions, and customs clearance procedures.
- •Signora Lanka (Pvt) Ltd shall not be held liable for delays caused by external logistics providers, port authorities, or force majeure events.
6. Quality Assurance

7. Returns & Claims
As we handle perishable and agricultural goods, returns are not accepted once the shipment has left Sri Lanka.
